Junta-se o tomate maduro ou polpa de tomate e deixa-se a refogar tudo por alguns minutos. Desfia-se o frango em bocados pequeninos, adiciona-se ao preparado anterior juntamente com o vinho branco (cerca de meia chávena de chá). Deixa-se apurar. Quase no final, juntar as azeitonas cortadas às rodelas e ervas aromáticas a gosto, por exemplo orégãos e manjericão. Por fim, juntar as natas e misturar bem.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;À parte, faz-se o puré de batata. Num pirex, colocar em camadas o puré, seguido do frango e novamente uma camada de puré. Cobrir com o queijo mozzarella e levar ao forno a gratinar. Os cogumelos frescos habitualmente libertam bastante água, por isso não se deve tapar a frigideira, para deixar a água evaporar. Quando os cogumelos estiverem quase cozinhados, juntar sal e pimenta a gosto e de seguida um raminho de coentros, a gosto. Colocar o preparado num recipiente que vá ao forno e cobrir com o queijo mozarella para gratinar ligeiramente! Fizémos este bolo de ameixa, maravilhoso! (Pelos vistos escapou-nos essa foto...)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 chávenas farinha&lt;br /&gt;- 1,5 chávena açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 chávena óleo&lt;br /&gt;- 1 chávena ameixas picadas no 123 (fervem 10 min antes num dedo água)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 chávena leite + 2 colher sopa vinagre&lt;br /&gt;- 1 col chá bicarbonato&lt;br /&gt;- 1 col chá sal&lt;br /&gt;- 1 col chá canela&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pitada baunilha&lt;br /&gt;- 3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Batem-se os ovos com o açúcar, o óleo, os restantes ingredientes e por fim a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Deita-se a massa na forma untada com manteiga e forrado com papel vegetal (ou povilhada com farinha).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Calda&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher açúcar&lt;br /&gt;-½ chávena leite&lt;br /&gt;- ½ colher vinagre&lt;br /&gt;Mistura-se tudo e junta-se:&lt;br /&gt;½ pacote manteiga vaqueiro e 1 pitada de baunilha. Ferve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando o bolo sair do forno despeja-se por cima, ainda quente. A última camada deverá ser de pão e vira-se as pontinhas do fiambre para dentro da forma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bate-se os ovos com as natas e coloca-se por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vai ao forno até estar "cozido" e douradinho.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="arial" size="1"&gt;* A quantidade dos ingredientes é "a olho". Repetir este procedimento até encher o pirex. A última camada deverá ser de batata, à qual se junta umas nozinhas de manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vai ao forno a gratinar.
